Dying in a geyser is legit one of the most horrific ways to die irl. There's no way to rescue you as you are trapped in a boiling cave lake and feel your entire body being cooked. As your receptors are cooked off, it feels more like you're being frozen but the panic will still make it agonizing. You'll be killed by rising blood pressure as your subdermal fat deep fries everything.
