Batum is a star in France. He had plenty of games like that playing for French national team over the past decade. He was pretty great for Blazers as well playing alongside Aldridge and young Dame.

Batum was the MVP for Philly tonight. I see Embiid getting a lot of hate for his bad shooting, but both teams shot very poorly for most of the game. Not to mention that Embiid made some crucial plays down the stretch while grabbing 15 boards and taking care of the ball against Miami's pressure. Herro was huge in the 4th, but that block by Batum and the backcourt violation were costly.

Its wild that for years, the Sixers have played 4 on 5 with Simmons and bad coaching, media screaming Sixers need good role players and a bench to take the high work load off of Embiid’s triple and quadruple teams, now the roster is in tact, and thats a problem. @@HopefulNihilistactually no it’s not. When it comes to playoff basketball, coach is extremely important for success. Spol will still make it very difficult for Boston with his zones. Billy is going to get outcoached by Mazzulla and get swept. Even without Butler, I am confident Miami can take at least 2 games. Chicago will be lucky to win even one against Boston.
