Is the map all grey, or are there more colorful/outdoor areas?

The map itself is all gray, but the cards as you play them and interact with the board are very colorful. Some cards have a gray look because the landscape is desolate. To be clear though the cards you draw that reveal the map are gray. The game board cards are colorful.

Never liked 7th continent, so Citadel is a no-brainer for me to pass on. Other news: my most anticipated game right now is hopefully releasing this week….Path of Civilization!!

7th Citadel has way too much in common for you to like it then. The core gameplay is still very much 7th Continent . Glad to hear you are excited for a new release! I hope it meets your expectations!

@realdealastrology9 I am completely out of space and in order to put away the last two games I have acquired I need to sell some things. Let me know what you think of the solo though!

@@JohnLaRuffa wow! This is the first time I heard this! I have a feeling that a significant "solo and sold it" video could be coming soon. (I'm also looking at Amalfi Renaissance as a purchase consideration...it's an AI that gives a reaction to each action you take. Sounds like a similar mechanism to the solo mode for Concordia, which I love.)

@realdealastrology9 I have though about Amalfi too, but resisted due to what I mentioned above. It has been harder and harder to sell games lately because I have culled most of what I don’t really enjoy from the collection. The next steps I need to take are to relearn and play some old games that I have not played in years and see if they are still worth keeping or not. I liked them years ago, but need to see how I feel about them now.
