We just moved here last March from Southern CA. With the majority of our relatives living on the east coast, and with a decent tax situation in DE, what's not to love? Our retirement house is in greater Lewes. The people are nice in general, and your podcast is revealing. I will send it to my daughter and her boyfriend who are looking to settle down in DE.
