After seeing your videos, I wanted to have a Loaded Tan Tien very much. Then I feel it's a little bit out of my budget as a beginner longboard. SO I bought a Landyachtz drop carve 38 desert tiger instead. I got it today and it is perfect!!

oh no! idk why you didn't get the notification :( If you're looking for boards in this price range, I'd also take a look at the playshion drop through board. idk if it is better or not, I just know it has a lot of pretty good reviews!

What do you recommend as someone's first longboard? I'm a complete beginner but I want something that I can grow into. Any suggestions welcome.

what do you want to use it for? cruising? tricks? downhill? a combo of things?

@@OgdenSikel Mainly cruising, traveling and some light tricks. Any company is okay, though I've seen some good reviews about longboards from Landyachtz, Loaded and Sector 9, though any company is fine.

Idk what your budget is, but if you want one of the best boards ever, I’d go with the loaded tan tien. It’s been my main for 4 years now and functions the same it did since day 1. It’ll probably last me 10+ years. Now if that is out of your budget, I’ve heard landyachtz drop cat 38 is nice, and the boards made by moonshinemfg are pretty sweet too. Lemme know your price range and I can elaborate further

@@OgdenSikel My budget is around 175-200. I've heard good things about both the drop cat and the drop hammer and battle axe. What's the difference and which do you recommend? Any other longboards in this category as well?
