You mustn't have read Amiga Power; Gravity Force 2 and Guardian were always high on their All Time Top 100 lists. They even got the authors of GF2 to beef it up for a coverdisk version called Gravity Power. Cracking video, didn't know the others.

Guardian is actually not that 'hidden' I think. It's more of a title that is associated with the CD32 though.

My favourite game on the Amiga was the Three Stooges , it was simple but good fun and hilarious . After that Dungeon Master comes a close second along with Wings .

Wow, this time there are almost all titles that I really didn't know about, having come out very late in Amiga history. I'd add: Galdregon's Domain, a solid RPG from Pandora Software in 1988; GeeBee Air Rally, one of the first titles to be released for the Amiga, an airplane racing game; the legendary GFL Championship Football from 1987 (wow, a first-person football game!); and Golden Path, released even before the Amiga was commercialized (the first version was for the Atari St in 1986). Great list!

As I was finalizing an update for the G-page of my Amiga gaming website (KZbin recommendations can be scary in their accuracy!), I can remember a few interesting ones from the top of my head: Genesia, Germ Crazy and Golden Path. By the way, thank you for Galaxy 89, Gunboat and Galactic Warrior Rats. Nice trading gems with you haha!

I never had an amiga. Only played on the 1200 version at my mates house back in the good ole days, which is sad because i loved the C64. Hopefully we'll get the amiga 500 maxi and i can deep dive into its games.

No5, Galaxy 89: diagonal shooing is a great new feature for this type of games. No2, gunboat: sadly, too sluggish for the basic amiga.

If guardian was more like a rail shooter like Starfox, it would be amazing. I like a lot the shaded polygons and the music was also cool.

I know this may be a (very) long shot, but I'm trying to remember the name of a game I played as a kid, on the A500. The only strong memory I have of the game, is the loading screen. It was basically horizontal lined dropping down and giving a little bounce, before the next line dropped, which eventually revealed the name and art of the game itself. I'm almost sure it was set in space and involved androids. I would be so grateful if you could help find the missing puzzle piece for me. Thankyou.

Apart from Ghost Battle and Gunbee I don't recall any of these titles, like the look of Groundwars (yeah m8, the music is bangin!) I would've liked Gaurdian bitd, was a fan of that style. Great stuff finding 10 more m8, nice one :)

I mostly played console games back in the day, so most of these games passed me by. I’m on a limited budget; the council pays my bills, but I have no access to my cash, but given an allowance. I could pay for an actual computer, or more likely the emulator route,
