Yes, this routine is not super long. But if you do something like this 6 days a week it adds up and works very well.

1) Knee Raises hanging on a bar 2) Ab wheel rollouts Worked like a charm for me to build thick, visible ab blocks even at higher bodyfat %

Cant even hang for more than a couple seconds at 300 lbs.. im working on negatives but i should work it more. I did use to be able to do pullups but i weighed 60-75 pounds less than i do now

@@redmetalpanda9051well to get there again I'd take off that weight and start with deadhangs. I stopped all that bs added sugar (products) and processed foods and shed fed by not actually "putting in any effort". Not to mention you feel way better without the sugar/insulin rollercoaster. If I want sweets/snacks I do roasted nuts, beef jerky or 90% chocolate with a coffee. Works like a charm. Good luck to you

​@@whoknows8223 I will second that. I cut down sweets to dried fruit and dark chocolate, 70+%, lowered carbs, and have a good amount of protein and vegetables in most meals. Exercise 3 days a week or more when I can. Weight dropped off pretty quick. Soda, beer, and snacks can be killers though....

Fresh week fresh start lets see if i can stay consistent lol (ill only do this 4 times a week because i dont train on days i go into the muay thai gym to avoid burn out)

Is it okay to work out with a bit of muscle soreness from the previous time? I have been doing your older Ab workout, it's been so good! I seem to take 3 days to recover though lol, I guess it's because of how weak I was/am! Anyways thanks Gabriel, thanks for all you share :) your videos benefit my life greatly

abs recover faster than any muscle group, so you're probably overtraining if it's taking 3 days to recover

Holy grail for sore/torn muscles: Mint Take 1-2 (dont be greedy) handful of fresh mint and blend it in a mixer with150-200 ml water. Drink it. It is a muscle relaxant. I could'nt believe the results of it next day after I tore my ab muscle doing ab wheel rollouts. It was almost gone. Cheers

I've done lots of ab workouts but this was by far the hardest will be trying this for awhile to see how my body reacts

Great idea to do it after static holds. Since if you do the opposite youll hate your life too much to hold your holds long enough.

Yup! All good exercises, BUT GVs diet is the real reason he has a 6 pack! That and low body fat, and active lifestyle! LOL
