I made this and it is heavenly! I made slow cooker beef ribs, Mac n cheese, baked beans w/brisket mixed in and the sweet potato cornbread set it off! It’s definitely a must try.

Making them now. Use regular jiffy mix. Also, added capful of vanilla extract. And use canned sweet potato. All I had. I baked a sweet potato pound cake before and it was delicious. Will come back to let you know how muffins taste.😊

You can add the potato into a regular cornbread mix and it will give the same results! 🩷
