I absolutely love your cooking... so for your pancakes I believe the topping you made is called COMPOTE in this case Blueberry compote as it's usually named after the Berry or Fruit you using.

I am transitioning in little steps over to becoming fully vegan and this breakfast dish I will be adding to my rotation. I cooked it this morning and it was so good all I needed was a little of maple syrup to put on top. I didn’t have any blueberries so I substituted them with strawberries delicious 😋

Michelle, great recipe. Great idea to make the blueberry sauce instead of syrup. I got all the ingredients except the almond milk, I only have coconut and soy milk. I'll add that to my list so I can make these pancakes on Sunday. Thank you

Hi I have tried the vegan Buttermilk pancakes twice and my daughter and I love them. But I was wondering can you use that batter to make waffles?

Thanks for trying and recipe and I’m glad you and you daughter enjoyed it. I’m not sure if that batter can be used for waffles, I’ve never tried it. But it think it might be a little thin, I’ll have to come up with a waffle version
