I made these this morning and shared them with my husband. They were so good I told my brother to come over and have some. Then later I saw my 92 year old landlady come out on her deck to sit in the sun, so I cooked one up for her and brought it over. She just lit up. She was so delighted and loved it. So your gift of the recipe just keeps giving. My husband and brother and I are all vegans but I’ve never made pancakes as fluffy and flavorful as these. My brother said they taste like cake. I follows the recipe except subbed 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour which just gives a bit more flavor and nutrition imho. Thank you for your wonderful recipes !

After being raw vegan for 18 years I bought a new stove and started plant based cooking. I searched for 10 years for an awesome vegan pancake recipe and THIS. IS. IT! These are the best tasting pancakes vegan or otherwise EVER! Sorry for all the shouting but I’m so amped. I double the recipe, freeze them and defrost/reheat in the toaster till the edges are crispy. 🤤 To live for! Thank you Nisha ❤

Hands down best vegan pancake recipe! I've made it so many times and am always blown away by how fluffy they are. Soy milk really makes them extra fluffy. One time I made them with Oat milk and it wasn't quite as good but still incredible! Thank you for your incredible recipes, Nisha! 💜😋

So happy you love this pancake recipe so much! It’s funny you mention oat milk… we were originally testing this recipe with oat milk and loved the taste but were a bit disappointed by the texture… Then we decided to try out soy milk, and the difference was pretty noticeable! So much more fluff!

I made these this past Sunday because my kids had some non-vegan friends over. Everyone loved these pancakes! I didn't have any vegan sour cream so I made them without regardless they were still absolutely delicious! They were so nice I had to make them again today. I kept the cooked ones on the bottom rack of my air fryer at 225 degrees f and they stayed warm and crispy. Seriously the best pancakes! I'm going to use only this recipe from now on.
