7:27 it's a doujinshi! They're less so 'unlicensed manga' and moreso 'fanworks' that are allowed to be sold due to the small quantities. CLAMP and many other mangaka started out making doujin! ;) 7:55 this is probably an author's note in the coverpage or ending by the looks of it :)
