I've been listening to The Acacia Strain since "...And Life Is Very Long", this has to be by far the best and most impressive I've heard them sound. Every album that they put out they never cease to amaze me... Also it seems like the more stuff they put out the better they seem to sound on every album. Thank you guys for always staying true to yourselves and for giving us some of the greatest music this world has ever heard!!! ALL HAIL THE ACACIA STRAIN!!!

I love the production, reminds me a lot of "Wormwood", my favourite TAS record. Great song lads \m/

Absolutely. I've grown to like Coma Witch but still can't quite get into the sound of DITOM. Take it back to Wormwood/Continent.

@vulkandeathgrip55687 жыл бұрын
John Miller wormwood will always be the best! DL really shaped the sound a lot and his nuances playing the guitar were one of a kind. But the acacia strain still will always be badass and one of the best metal bands now days.

Man, I can't even tell you how relieved I am that there isn't any funky reverby effect on the guitars on this album. I own every album TAS has made and I've liked them all, but some way more than others and I just couldn't get into DITOM as much as I could Continent/Wormwood. This is a nice step back to a similar sound while still being new. Well done.

As he ironically tries to resurrect a genre that's been dead for well over a decade lmaooooo I used to love the shit out of SS and I'm astonished with how out of touch with reality they've become. Deathcore is actually getting significantly better if anything, Infant Annihilator, Osiah, A Night in Texas, Black Tongue, Bodysnatcher, Lorna Shore among others, a lot of bands I'm hearing within the genre these days are putting out some A+ material. Doesn't even compare to what I was hearing in 2009.
@andrewramirez7397 жыл бұрын
if it ain't broke don't fix it.. love that TAS has always stuck true to what makes them great and never tried to become something different for the sake of "growing" or "evolving". Fuck that, they were great then and they are great now. This shit fuckin slaps!!

Always amazes me when a band like the Acacia Strain puts out something new, and it is even heavier, uglier and more pissed off than ever. One thing I like about T.A.S. is that they don't give two shits if people are offended by their music, this is it, its in your face, loud, ugly, obnoxious and wonderful in its own right.
