One thing literally nobody talks about is how different his off screen persona is from the characters he plays on screen. This is more visible when he's playing a well-spoken common man in films like Khalnayak. Compare that how he speaks off-screen in that Polio ad. It's mind blowing. I know actors are supposed to do this but the level of difference it has when Jackie Shroff does it is simply amazing.
