This workout looks deceptively simple. It was clear that it is the first workout that I try with my new BD-X crossover club (2.05kg). Did it so far with my Pahlavandle with 1.5kg but am not ready for my Pahla XL with 3.6 kg. Some movements like crossover lunge are smoother with wood, some easier ones like reverse 8s are very similar. But getting tired at the end one must pay attention to not hit yourself with the wooden club. Good to have practiced the moves with the normal Pahlas before.
