This is a nice workout for an in- between day when I do not want to spend too much energy. Not too hard with 1,5kg that I use but it gets you moving. Workout 2 is more demanding in my view.

Dear camera man, please never use the side angle. Yes, it looks pretty but it throws us off the movement. Please stick to front and the very helpful back movement.
