She was just sort of a manipulative idiot who sold her son to Palpatine for vague promises of power, then acted shocked when the Sith betrayed her, as if backstabbing wasn't literally a core tenet of the Sith religion. The character you are referring to is a Zabrak, which is a separate species from the Dathomirians like Maul. I know what's going on with the Jedi in this show. Those are Star Wars: The Old Republic player character Jedi. I played this game long enough to know SWTOR Jedi if I see them. One moment they safe a technician during one of the moral choices during dungeon cutscenes, and in the next moment the same Jedi throw out 20 innocent technicians out the airlock because.. well.. because you can finish the dungeon 20 seconds faster that way. Those Jedi in the show are a clear representation of SWTOR players. That's why they make no sense. SWTOR players make no sense either 😆

Disney Star Wars and Lucasfilm are done for. Besides Andor S2, which should be good but will be low in viewership, they don’t have anything left. The Sequels destroyed Luke, Han, Leia, they destroyed Boba and Kenobi shortly after, they destroyed the Mandoverse and Thrawn with Ahsoka and Mando S3, etc. Skeleton Crew is going to be a terrible little kids show with those space pirates from Mando S3, and they might as well scrap the Rey movie now. They’re completely cooked. More cooked than Vader on Mustafar, and they 100% deserve it.
