Yes, it absolutely did. Go back hundreds of years and take a young force user and have a Sith Master manipulate and develop her into a serial killer that hunts Jedi. And then position the story from the Sith point of view as if the Jedi were the badguys. The show literally writes itself! My 12-year-old daughter could have written better episodes than what we got.
