.... and the thing is, there's no reason Yoda shouldn't actually be around when this series is set. I'm not a fan but the green troll should already be Grand Master even 116 years before the PT. There's no reason for this stupid.

Anyone who would hear that voice would cringe compared to this much more refined voice and yet the delivery of Frank Oz was so magical, so profound but the delivery here feels so bland, so egotistical and lacks any substance. This whole ritual perfectly encompasses everything wrong with the show, it’s cringe, lacks originality, doesn’t offer anything deep or thought provoking and contradicts the classic star wars trope of Good vs Evil. Why are modern writers so addicted to the idea of moral grey?? Are they trying to normalize evil by claiming it doesn’t exist?

Not to mention the fact that they completely re-written what the witches were originally described, as in illustrated in Star Wars. Instead, they try to copy and paste literally every foreign stereotypical Strope, and of course, fail at it all at the same time. If you wanna know what the arm gestures that they’re doing originate from, it’s not something that’s made up in their heads, because it derived from a part of Buddhism involved a form of meditation. The practice is only used now for celebrational show that is related to Indonesian and Thai culture . It’s also used in Laos for celebrational dance within their own traditions. But the choreography of it is extremely different from what is being shown in the video, and to be honest is god awful.

Anakin’s birth was actually a freak accident. Plagueis and Palpatine were originally using the Dark side to attempt to create a weapon to destroy the Jedi. The Force itself intervened during this and did what Plagueis and Palpatine wanted, creating Anakin, only the Force did this for the purpose of Anakin to destroy the Sith as the Chosen One and in a twist of karmic fate toward the Sith. …at least, that was supposed to be how it happened and how the story should have ended. And then came the Sequel trilogy, and all the madness and chaos, including this show, that would follow

Remember when Heath Ledger's Joker burnt a pile of cash and said, "it's not about money, it's about sending a message" This is what is going on. You think Disney or anyone in the top echelons of American liberal society give a fk about money, when the Fed can keep printing as much money as it wants to and keep funding them? This isn't about the money because they don't need to worry about money. This is about sending a message. And the message is quite clear, isn't it?

It was stated in a novel that Plagueis and Sidious at some point performed a dark side ritual, sith alchemy. This wounded the force itself, this has happened before in the era of Darth Revan. The force then acted against the sith and created Anakin the prophesied chosen one. Star wars theory brings up this point in his video on episode 3 of the acolyte. Would recommend watching, the video not the show.
