I didn't really understand what the trailer was about, but I loved that the whole trailer was set to music by Collective Soul.

Don't know how I found this but this is seriously great. You nailed this. What other projects have you done? Are you the producer?

The plot had a lot of promise, but its execution was lacking. Opening, neat idea which also gave away the ending. Music, excellent. Audio, bad. Awkward silence everywhere. Where is the foley when you need them? Acting, bad. Too slow in the beginning. It was obviously a comedy, but the gruesomeness didn't fit the comedy. The wife's melodrama also didn't fit the comedy, although she wasn't the only one. And the comedic plot also didn't work when the main character was more sociopath than merely unfortunate with bad choices, since he heartlessly brought about gruesome outcomes to everyone in his path. You have to choose: comedy or drama. The dramatic outbursts were misplaced, wrongly played, and ruined the comic lightness. I suppose heartless sociopathy was the legacy of each character who had the money. That is fair. It could have been a joke in the comedy as everyone got stiffed, but it wasn't capitalized on in the acting. The ironic part is that as the actor tried to pay off his own victims he dripped away his bounty and it all went back to the killers. That could have been a hilarious subplot, but they also didn't capitalize on that in the plot. The choice of Texas was a good choice resulting in an about face, and it was already done in the comedy About the Morgans with Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker. What happened to the roommate? Did he deserve his fate? Why didn't the actor warn the roommate they both had to bug out? It would have behooved the plot to actually resolve all the loose ends, like what happened to the real pastor. And the waitress. She was to return to Texas too, but where, and what would she do? Maybe all their paths would hilariously coincide. But no. She was just another waitress #1 who was forgotten like all the others. If that was a point to be made then it could have been made with hilarity, but the point was neither made, nor remembered at all, nor comedic. See what I mean?
