I wouldn't really say marvel is definitely the biggest godzilla. And something to note is that while godzilla earth's official size is 300 meters we can get hik bigger. In his first appearance where the humans machines measured his size, it said 318 meters (which is where the 318 meter size people give him comes from) but it measure him as that tall while his was still very bent over and not fully standing. So by that we could say he could be 400 meters tall stabding straight up
