Well said Senator, America wants it's freedoms back. Hope and pray for everyone to see the light and do the right things for everyone not just themselves. My opinion

The GOP must, MUST start shrinking the bureaucracy. Start scuttling the low-hanging WFA fruit to trim departments down and get rid of entire departments if it's proved utterly useless, or worse, harmful to Americans and America.

IN TIMES OF CHAOS , WHO DO WE TURN TO? There is only one God, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. One God, three parts. Humans have a soul, spirit and body. One person, three parts. The Bible says that we are all sinners. As it is written: There is none righteous no not one. Romans 3:10 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 But we are all as an unclean thing and all our righteousness are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23(the word “death” in this verse means eternal separation, from God in hell). Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.Isaiah 1:18 Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures.1CORINTHIANS 15:3-8 In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14 Jesus said unto her,I am the resurrection and the life: He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. John 11:25 For by grace ye are saved, through faith; and not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Galatians 2:21 If you would like to receive Jesus as your Savior. Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and tell Jesus that you trust in Him and only Him to save you. The moment you trust in Jesus and only Jesus, you are saved. After people get saved, they get baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. It isn’t a requirement for salvation, but it is something that God wants us to do after we are saved.

The Gov is way too BIG. The number of federal government employees has increased by a factor of 8 in the last 20 years. We have programs that have thousands of employees that do the same thing as others programs with thousands of employees. Like Chip and medicaid. And now we have Obama care with thousands of employees. All doing the same job and being paid by the Taxpayers.

The extended chain of command positions just makes those of the chain larger in numbers the accountability is just the same it is linier top to bottom

It's a way to pass off blame and have nobody held accountable for anything it's just a group of people shifting blame, no one figurehead.

Left wing Democrats and Right wing Republicans disagree and have a say in our government, as they should, it's what makes or system so good, but also makes it inefficient. While both people, left and right, are members of Congress the friction of their views and their ability to influence causes the government to get constantly get pulled and pushed in different directions. This causes bureaucracy. Welcome to the real world where Senator Hawley and Senator Sanders don't agree but both have a significant impact on how our government ends up working. Take that all the way down and you get a feel why it's hard making a real democracy / republic work. Given the potential problems, we've really done and continue to do a pretty good job of it.

You're actually going to take questions from Hawley who is a Republican. All they do is block nominations only because it was the Republicans feel they deserve those slots to fill.

No. It’s because the nominees are inept.

Hey Barb......you probably should lay off that Kool-aid. Seriously though I have no clue wtf you are even talking about as the democrats are in charge so, no Republicans are nominating anyone right now, that's not how it works....THAT'S NOT HOW ANY OF THIS WORK
@barrett55402 жыл бұрын
Disagreed. Republicans want much less government positions to have to be filled in the place. C’mon man, How is anything going to get done when we’ve got so many chickens running around in different directions? We need to thin the flock.
