For those who are being critical of Brian for not helping. Please understand that the woman was involved in an active domestic squabble having been left. I think he made the right call to leave. Probably worth a call to the police to ensure her safety, give her food or water if needed, but 100 percent right to leave. If her partner returns, Brian being there would only make things worse. The initial conversation was camp with me not I need help. Big red flag.

Brian you did the right thing by driving away from that unknown situation. I am a woman and I got a sinking feeling in my stomach as soon as she invited you to stay in her camp. The viewers that are criticizing you, are the ones that are letting her gender cloud their judgment. She asked you "are you camping by yourself? To me, that was a red flag. Just because she's female doesn't mean she couldn't be deadly. Sometimes in life, a bad situation isn't always the obvious one. Don't give it a second thought Brian. Again, you did the right thing. Continued safe travels my virtual friend :-)

Yeah, the thing that set off the alarms in my head was right after she asked if he was looking for a campsite, the first thing she asks is "are you alone?". I mean, that very well could have been innocent, and she was just asking if he was with any other people that had vans or RVs... but its better to trust your gut. When she said that I thought "its time to bounce Brian!" Haha Not to mention, even if she wasnt planning anything with bad intentions, who would want to get involved with a possible drama filled situation? What happens if that guy (not sure if it was a guy that left her, he didnt specify) that left her comes back to find her sharing a camping spot with some single guy he doesnt know? No thanks!

I have a feeling that you may have found another vehicle, with when you were saying "what to do, what to do ?" , concerning your transmission, and then at the end saying "What's up with the van man ?, see in the next video." I've been hoping for quite a while now, that you would get a new vehicle, and preferably a box van, like you had mentioned wanting next. It sure would be nice to see Brian. Anyways, the drone views were very nice indeed, and you played it right concerning that woman. That could have been a trap, with her boyfriend hiding in the woods, ready to take over your van and leave you stranded, or even dead. You never know about things like that. I would have done the same thing you did. I so much enjoyed hearing you play the flute. That flute has some really cool sounds, the way you bring it out. I wish the very best for you Brian, and hope that soon you will have a box van. Much peace and happiness to you. ✌

We travel in a 2006 E350 Super duty van and pull a travel trailer (5,000 pounds). Our van had 230,000 miles on it. Just replaced the tranny ($2600 3yr 50,000 warranty.with AAMCO Nationwide) ... figured we were good. Just had a rod knock start ... not so good. We ended up ordering a certified motor with 84k on it from a fleet van, $1700 free shipping, no tax and $1000 capped labor to install ($2700 total). So for $4300 we feel we are set to go a few more yrs with her. Body is perfect, no dents, rear end is in great shape. Why buy a new (used) van for $5500 to $8000 and you don't know what problems your getting. Good luck to you man, we enjoy the vids.

If she were abandoned, she could have asked for help, but she didn't and you only had her word for it. I'm glad you left. I live in Washington and it is a gorgeous state for sure.
