The Cloak of the Mantra Ray, like many other super cool things in DnD, is incredibly powerful... in situations where the party is doing an aquatic adventure. Otherwise, is pretty much just a glorified scrap of leather.

the only information i've come across about TAZ is from tumblr + the multiple TAZ animations I've watched out of curiosity, but never have i _ever_ expected kravitz to sound like that. like? all this time, seeing all the taako/kravitz fan art ?? i expected him to have a deeper, Suave voice but it seems i have forgotten who voices all of the npcs lIKE WHA THT EUFC K ! rlly nice animation tho i lov it EDIT: i dont know how i never saw any of these replies BUT i did listen to all of balance last summer & i just wanna say that i love kravitz & his stupid work accent i love One (1) man
