@@LoveSundays , if they changed the engine then they aren’t without a good set of skills. Possibly an oversight of maybe it’s just as they say 🤷🏻‍♂️

Doing an engine swap isn't a 5 minute job. Especially on a FWD vehicle. You have to drain the gearbox oil, disconnect the driveshafts, the front suspension arms, the steering arms, the anti roll bar, remove the transmission and engine. Modern vehicles have notoriously little room around the mechanicals to actually work on anything. I'm not a professional mechanic, but I've done gearbox swaps and engine swaps, and they are a MASSIVE ballache. There's always something you forget to reconnect, which can mean taking half the job apart again to fix the problem. If you have a garage who are prepared to do such jobs, it's best not to piss them off. Don't be too hard on a garage unless you have experience of doing similar jobs yourself. A lot of places now if asked to do an engine swap would either say, 'No thanks', or quote you a stupid price because they don't want the hassle of doing it.

Really like it. It will come in handy for my built in Norway so thank you for the info👍. As everybody else comments it's the windows. In Norway and in Sweden you can park just about anywhere not privat for a day or two and be ok. We even got parking spaces for it with toilets and waterrefill station. So my will be with windows. I understand I need to stay out of certain countries like UK for wild camping. If I lived in England and planned my camping trips abroad maybe smarter to import a van with left side steering column

Leak off pipes are famous for leaking clues in the name lol its the small pipes that collect the excess fuel not used by the injectors then returned to the supply side glad you got it fixed mate.

Phew, I wasn’t sure if you were coming back?? 🤔 I can’t believe the bad luck that you’ve had with what is supposed to be a “New” engine! Personally, I’d be asking the garage a LOT of questions!! Although I miss your water activities, I’d give it a miss until the warmer weather and you’ve got someone else to go with for safety reasons. Hopefully, this Sunday’s video will be 30+ minutes long to make up for the lost two weeks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The garage definitely Fu*ked up, likely they didn’t road test the van before handing it back. The police and VOSA don’t take kindly to garages handing back vehicles that are pishing out diesel out the bottom of the engine. They could get a massive fine for that sort of thing. Did the use a new clip or put back the old one?

Diesel spillage/leaks on the roads are extremely dangerous for Motorbikers...it can make then skid and crash...like black ice can...however black ice is mother nature...Diesel spillage is man-made and should be cleaned up ASAP if on main roads.
