SMS. YM2413 is the sound chip from the (Japan-only) FM Sound Unit for the Master System / Mark III. The Genesis / Mega Drive uses the YM2612.

Just to make sure -- I didn't make this cover, these are all (presumably) by the author of the video. Though I agree that it sounds very different from most YM2413 soundtracks, which usually did very little with the FM Sound Unit. @@8BitBoyUK
