A release by Ship to Shore Phono Co. This release features the soundtrack to the NES game The Adventures of Bayou Billy. There were two variants made, with Ship to Shore selling a "Swamp green marble" green translucent with a white splatter, and The Yetee selling a white with red splatter design
This release also includes a double-sided poster, with one side featuring original artwork by Austin James, and the other side containing liner notes from Retronauts' Jeremy Parish. While this is a 7-inch record, it is meant to be played at standard record speed, and not 45rpm. This album also includes an obi strip

I'm more or less a collector, so whenever Ship to Shore and The Yetee collab and put things out together, it's always hard to decide which vinyl variant to pick up. Did you buy it recently or have you already gotten your copy? If so how is it?

The Yetee variant sounds great as far as I can tell. I'm in the same boat as you, that I never know which variant to go for... Since neither the yetee or ship to shore disclose printing quantities, I have always kinda assumed that the yetee variants are smaller runs (maybe 500-1000?). Just my opinion

That's what I've been led to believe too. It definitely seems the Yetee variants are the smaller runs. I guess at that point it just comes down to personal taste of which store I like theirs of the best. Snatcher was probably the toughest decision I've ever made on choosing a vinyl design haha. Usually I just end up going with whatever design is exclusive to just STS's website since they sell across a few different sites

2:25 - Damn, that bass line alone is worth the $14 fee. Just want to chime in to say there is a downside to this 7'' LP: it's not cut for automatic turntables. I applied the 7'' option on my record player, press start, and the tonearm skipped the first 15 seconds on each side. I had to apply the tonearm manually to play this LP properly. It's more of a minor inconvenience than anything; it would be nice if they left a few extra seconds of dead air for such turntables, but I won't hold it against the record.
