Christian had led a purposeful life for a very long time. Then he had an unexpected burst of fame with the DusitD2 in Kenya, experienced a media fuss, and then experienced the purposeless desert which is how a big percentage of people have always lived their lives, and continue to live their lives. He must count his blessings.

Must be extra hard for these guys to actually come out and say “I’m not alright”. I think there’s so much pressure for them being SAS or top league etc….p,us maybe the mainly male macho environment (no disrespect) to be able to cope with everything no matter what. There’s no rule book or lessons to help people deal with these feelings……
