For someone whom claims they can't play uke, you rocked 🤟 aklot have been slated on uke forums for their suspect reviews! However I have 2 Enya ukes that come from aklot and they are cheap yet very impressive. Great video.

This is my first uke. I love how it sounds even though I can hear that ones with carbon strings sound crisper. Very happy with it. Just debating if I should buy the tenor or not.

I'm trying to decided between this uku and the enya x1 and I was wondering if you could tell me if you have any issues pop up later on with this you, like was there any buzzing that you didn't notice at first? And dose it feel good in the hand with a solid build, or does it feel as cheap as it is?
@BLeeMuller6 жыл бұрын
Nat Tilghman it feels really solid. It's definitely a good build. I haven't had any issues since getting it. Like I said in the video, the only annoying thing is how long it takes the strings to stretch but that's not the ukuleles fault
@carlosp86976 жыл бұрын
This ukulele and the enya x1 are the very same 2 I was looking at. Having a hard time deciding. Did you decide on one? want to get one for my daughter very soon :)
@audreygiamlayhoon6 жыл бұрын
It is very possible that they are both made by OEM manufacturers engaged by international brands. With some distinct customisation, they create thereon their own brand names and therefore you can get a good product at a good price

I have that very same model. I have been considering getting a tenor uke. Do I go cheap and buy the Aklot model because I know I'll be happy with it? or do I spent a little extra and get a second label Koaloha or Kanilea. Decisions, decisions...

Hello everyone, I have one question. I also bought a new Aklot tenor electroacoustic ukulele. Now there is a process of adjustment and adjustment. Can I ask the masters a question? Please tell me. After tuning, after a while, the tuning gets lost slightly, this is understandable, the instrument and the strings are new, the strings stretch. The longer time passes, the longer the formation will hold. But I noticed one thing, the "C" string which is at number 3 is the thickest. She gets upset very quickly after every game, the others not so quickly. Is this normal for this string on a new ukulele or not? Maybe the strings are not of high quality? Kalki tightened the tension on the strings. The rods are of good quality, do not wobble, the tension is more accurate due to the good gears with 18 teeth. Strings are wound according to the rules. But all the same, the 3rd string is out of tune quickly. The neck is straight, the tuning is simple and with a clamp at the 12th fret, it tunes perfectly. But here is the height of the strings at the first fret 2 mm, at the 12th fret 5 mm. Is that a lot? Do I need to sharpen the sills so that at the 12th fret there is at least 3.5 mm? Tell me, maybe something else to look at? Or pull up? Thanks in advance for the tips.

Thanks, I enjoyed your video - I have just ordered a Concert size one of these with the electro system and looking forward to playing it as I was having a go at playing 'Old Ned' - The Steptoe and Son Theme tune with a friend today! These Aklot Ukuleles seemed the best value for a conscientious build quality against price by a long way, I will be comparing the sound with my friend's Victory V23. I was originally looking for a Luna Tattoo Mahogany electro but these will not be available in UK until 2020 I am told and I don't have that sort of patience!! Sometime maybe you could post a video of string changing on the Aklot ..i.e. what knot to use etc.. Just an idea but thanks again for your video. (Mark Freeman / U.K.)

I believe you push them through from the front, pull it out the sound hole enough to tie a knot, then pull it back through the front.

Which one is better concert or tenor?
@toefu87944 жыл бұрын
CONCERT
@thisusermustdie4 жыл бұрын
It depends on what feels better for you. If you’re not sure about that then the concert size is an ideal one which is smaller than a tenor.

What do you think of the action of this instrument? Also it has an interesting saddle design. How to change strings with it?
@BLeeMuller6 жыл бұрын
Shiubshiushiu you tie the nylon string like most other ukes. The action on this has been pretty good
@BigHenFor5 жыл бұрын
It's through strung which means the strings come through the solid wood sound board. This gives the sound produced added resonance. It comes strung with Aquilla nyglut strings, and these sound deeper and warmer in contrast to my concert. It's worth every penny and more imo.
