Hi, again short testimony, I’m 63yr young and I am alive only because of God, who would think that looking at a hunting show, God would tell me to look at it and the words that God placed on you to speak and for me to listen to would touch me like blessed words from God to me! I have many trials and tribulations and like I said this week God took it to another level, I had so far, 5 heart attacks, 2strokes, and this past week while parked got hit at a parking space, and I just came down from the canyon praying to God! This bartered me greatly and a voice said look up moose hunts, and I saw your hunt over and over and then your words penetrated my soul!!, crying I realize these words are for me! 😂😂❤❤Thank You! Oooh, I was declared dead on 12/23/2011!!

Thank you for the testimony on your faith in the Lord. I've been through a lot in my 69 years the Lord has given me. You're absolutely correct in having patience and being tested. But the Lord has stood beside me through all of my trials and has gotten me through it. Congratulations on an amazing hunt. Keep strong in your faith.

I’ve been waiting for your next video, you do such a great job and love every minute. I’ve experienced the harshness of the sea, as I have spent a lifetime running offshore charters, I was blessed to meet a 5th generation fisherman who also was a devout Christian. I can’t get enough of your work brother. I was paralyzed in 2020 but then started moving my toes, it’s been a race to get stronger and walk again, medicine did not cure me, God is the only one who can take a paralyzed man and let him walk again. It’s been a struggle with acceptance and faith for 4 years and I now know that when and if it happens- I will be lacking in nothing.

Hi, and God bless! First, I want to say, that the statement, God works in mysterious ways, well he has taken it to another level! I want to thank God first, and you second!, why, I am not an avid hunter, but I’ve been in hunts in the past. This past week I have gone through many trials and tribulations and for some strange reason, something came to mind, look up moose hunts? So I saw there were a few but I picked your hunt. I saw your hunt and when it came to the end I heard your words about patients and faith, and it blew my mind! I repeated over and over and I realize, this is a man of God and also a hunter🙏🙏 I’ll stop here because it’s long but I want to say you made a new friend in Christ! Thank You!🔥🔥🙏🙏

Your talk on Patience and a faith that can be tested, was exactly what I needed to hear tonight. My Dad is in hospice and fell again today. Seeing my father in this weak and lowly state is tearing me up. God provided for us to get him up and stabilized and I will keep pushing forward to help him. I’m not giving up. My Dad has a strong Faith in Christ and is the sole reason I came to Christ. It’s just a bit mind boggling why The Lord is allowing him to suffer after living a completely sold out life for Him. I’m not angry of course, just confused about all of this. I know He is Merciful and Just. God bless your ministry to us hunters.

Hi brother. My dad has also been in the fight for his life the past three years. It's been insane how hard it's been, but I wanted to help you understand the Lord allowing him to suffer. When we say we trust Jesus, what we are really saying is that we trust that God knows best. Now to the reason as to why this is good for your dad as he is a believer, and why it is good for you as a believer is because of romans 8:28. This is because God is using it to make him and you even more like Jesus (romans 8:29 - being conformed into the image of His Son). That is why we can count it all joy, because we know that His ways are higher than ours, and that God will finish that good work that He began in your father, and in you. Come what may, we stand firm in Christ, knowing that He will see us through to the end. in the comments above, there is a link to a lesson on patience that I believe will help you. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGXReoOqjr2XqLcsi=FHOC2aWNeDq3i1Jy

@@-JesusisGod- Your perspective with the scripture really helped. Keeping the focus He is still using my 90 year old Dad, and myself, and is conforming us into the image of His Son. It's easy to loose sight of that, when you see the suffering, but that greatly helps my perspective. Thank you for that and for the lesson on patience. All so good.

I've been really thinking about your tent. Looks like a great setup . Would love to see a second review on your tent. Arkansas weather is not Alaska so I'm feeling more confident about acquiring it. Was there anything you could have done differently to have prevented the faluire?Seems to have all the benefits I need for winter trips with out the extra hassle of the canvas tents weight issues. Killer hunt what a blessing to have been where you were with good friends in God's country and to take a great animal.

Did you think of deboning before packing? I’ve killed my share of Elk and thought I should have even though I’ve heard it like packing jello. Also, would it have been advantageous to debone prior to flying for weight limits. Nonetheless keep spreading the good word😇🙏🏼

We debone most animals as well. Regulations in Alaska don’t allow deboned moose meat in numerous units during fall seasons due to the increased risk of spoilage. The weather can prevent pilots from picking up meat for days to even a week at a time in Alaska and the best way to minimize loss is to keep quarters whole.
