Fasting has been amazing, the 3 day fast, has been next level for me, more energy on the 3rd day, about 7 pounds of weight lost, and my thinking is sharper. On a 500 push up a day for 30 days challenge, so this fast will be a challenge

Fasting is very important for the mind. Mental clarity is very sound. Believe it or not, it's health aid for lowering the risk of getting dementia. Visceral fat in our bellies plays a big part of that illness. This where fasting comes in. Reset like Mike say, mind clarity as well for the body!! I love this!! We need More!! 16oz. Warm water..... before you sleep. When you wake up. Bwfore you shower. 30mins before food. 1 hour after eating to absorb nutrients.

I experienced mental sharpness and less anxiety to where i could focus on a higher level and I had lots of energy It was like I could run all day without getting tired , and I would also sleep 4 hr a day and get up in the middle of the night like it's was nothing and start reading a book or start working out.

I do a 3 day, gallon water cleanze. Still eat food. Or half plates. And wash out the food. Food taste better. Then 3 days of fruit juices. Nutrients absorb quickly

Thanks for the video. I do a regularly one meal a day. Then a 36hr once a week. Overall its really about eating healthy. I stay away from high carb foods, and do a low carb diet. Im my opinion you can fast all you want and eat like crap and go to the doctor and have a high A1c.
