Just hit 19 hours on my IF. Still not hungry, but it’s crazy how your mind will try to tell you to eat just because it’s there. This is where you strengthen your discipline.

When I fast I become very straightforward and direct. I get a no nonsense mentality, and experience a strong sense of conviction in my thoughts and beliefs goals, etc. Ive noticed when I'm not fasting and eating right I lose intensity in my drive, and focus. I lose discipline and seek things to distract me. Its true that you are what you eat.

The universe has a funny way of letting you know you are on the right path. I just completed day 2 of my prolonged fast… not to mention I work in a restaurant, I’m around food all day. It’s been tough today but in regards to the benefits I will sustain when finished is enough motivation to succeed at least 4 days… we’ll see how it goes tomorrow good thing I have the day off! Thanks for the information I can’t wait for the continuation of this episode.

Train regularly also at 54 years of age. Currently I do a 48 hour fast each month end. Only thing I find is I lose about 2kg

If you've been omad for 10 years how do you maintain your body weight I don't know how tall you are or how much you weigh but you are clearly not a small man so if you're only eating once a day that must be an all you can eat buffet or you're drinking your calories which technically isn't fasting so please explain
@MikeRashidOfficial27 күн бұрын
No I don’t eat a crazy amount. When I switched to one meal a day, I went from 250 to 220. I’m 6’0. What happens is muscle protein synthesis is improved when eating fewer meals. So my body became really efficient at converting protein to muscle. This is a positive side effect of fasting, or long fasting windows. I also take hydroglyph on the regular and that not only hydrates me properly, it increases MPS more as well…. ambrosiacollective.com/collections/our-products/products/hydroglyph

I did a 3 Day only water fast just last week. Let me explain what happened briefly: I do calisthenics everyday so i´m pretty lean but I wanted to build more gains while maintaining the fuctions of my body, which are more important to me than asthetics. So I tried it out. The results are crazy for just a short period of 3 Days. MORE LEAN, MORE CLARITY (ADHD GONE), HEALTHY ALL OVER, URGE TO EAT HEALTHY STUFF, BETTER DEHYDRATION, and so much more I can highly recommend everyone to do one - BUT RESEARCH AND DO IT WISELY!
