how does this compair to the old enforcer 94 and is this suited for an upper intermediate to advanced skier or would a size down make it more manageable.

Hi Nick! The mount point is slightly more forward compared to the "older" 94 models. This is due to the new tail rocker added. We're able to re-balance the ski for an even larger sweet spot.
