I am in the market for a 95ish width ski.. The one thing about the whole Enforcer line is that they do take a lot energy.. I normally ski a half day anyways so I am good with that.. I probably wouldn't even ski on these until after the 1st of the year when most of the ski hill is open.. At that point I could probably use my 88s for the cruiser days and my 100-105 for the pow/crud days..

You know your stuff, Dude. I have an old version of these and shopping for another pair. I absolutely dig these skis. 155 pound expert at 5’10” on 186cm. I ski in the West, USA They carve similar to race skis but I can release the tails to check speed anytime. Descent in most powder situations. Deep pow, over a foot, not so much. But really, how often does that happen. Most everyone’s skiing is on groomers and crud most of the time. A little heavy for sure and an advanced level ski, but the power they offer is outstanding and these skis tic all the boxes for me as a one ski quiver.

Hey how different is this from unleashed 98, when we talk about carving, Im andvanced skier more of an charging guy who likes to carve on piste, but also want to go off piste sometimes and hit some trees. But I would like to improve my jumping skills, and I love to hit side hits, thats why I am considering unleashed 98, declivity 92 ti, but Im scared of losing the power and performance of carving in speeds and hard pack so maybe I should go with enforcers?. So I can't decide between unleashed 98 and enforcer 94 or even declivity 92 ti.

The 94 is considerably more confident and comfortable in a carved turn than the Unleashed, especially in firmer snow and when pushing hard. When it gets a bit softer, the Unleashed is fine, and likely more fun, but the Enforcer is far more business-like and ready to rip.

I'm also looking for an all-mountain ski. my old ski is a head irace and while it's great on hard/icy artificial snow groomers, it lacks versatility. I'm looking for something good at carving on groomers in any condition, especially also soft snow or spring snow (icy in the morning, soft in the afternoon). Also on the rare occasion of bigger snow drops being able to do some light off-piste. I would guess 80-90% would be on groomers but of course it depends on the weather conditions during skiing vacation. Other reviews i have looked at are the maverick 95 ti and the kore 93. so I'm open to suggestions. also how does the stiffness compare to an irace?
@SkiEssentials17 күн бұрын
it's tough to compare stiffness due to the ski's vastly different widths and profiles. If you're mostly on groomers, the Enforcer 94 is awesome. The Kore is lighter and quicker, as is the Maverick, while the Nordica feels more planted and sturdy. If you're cool with the extra weight, I'd go with the Enforcer, but if you want more agility and easier use, the Kore is awesome.

I love my 2017 Enforcer 93's. Will I love the 2025 94's ??
@SkiEssentialsАй бұрын
I'd imagine so. I find the new 94's to be more engaging, exciting, and energetic. Also quieter and damper.

What would be a ski in the same with range but I’m notch down in power? something a notch down that’s a little easier to ski for a lightweight scare, but still powerful with great edge

I'd check out the Salomon QST 92 or the Black Crows Serpo for a level down here.

How does it compare to the M7 Mantra ? I can’t choose between both of them, they both seem awesome !
@SkiEssentialsАй бұрын
They are both awesome! I find the M7 to feel more precise and engaging but the Enforcer is just a hair behind. I like the woodier feel of the Nordica while the M7 has more of a metallic ping.

how does it compare to Kore 93? I'm 5'11, 170lb, intermediate skier teetering into advance territory looking for a true all-mountain. Currently have a head e-rally to work for the frontside and I like it a lot, but would like something lighter and more versatile in trees and moguls.

The weight is the big difference, with the Kore being considerably lighter than the Enforcer. They're about as stiff and have similar shapes, but the Kore is far more mobile as a result of the weight. It sounds like you're looking for the Kore.

How would this compare to the camox im an instructor but looking for something playful and good all round on and off piste
@SkiEssentials22 күн бұрын
The Enforcer is certainly more stout and planted in an on-piste format vs. the Camox. I think it's playful within turns, but not overall--still quite stiff and hefty.

Insightful reviews you guys do - thanks. As between the Enforcer 94 and 99, any differences in shape (or otherwise) that might make one ski ever so slightly easier to ski in varied conditions on piste? In the NE. I’m 6’, 175lbs so would looking at the 179 cm. Thanks much.
@SkiEssentials3 ай бұрын
It's a bit of a toss up. The 94, being narrower, is a bit quicker edge to edge and a slightly easier carver. The 99 has more tail rocker, so that makes it slightly shiftier in softer snow. I think that if you're in the Northeast, the 94 is a more reasonable choice.

Vs the Anomaly 94?
@SkiEssentials3 ай бұрын
Need more time on Anomaly. Enforcer is a clear cut winner in the mid-90's division when it comes to power, precision, and surprising versatility. So far, I haven't felt that precision or versatility from Anomaly 94, but definitely in the 88.

what is the recommended mounting point on this ski by the manufacturer?
@SkiEssentialsАй бұрын
In the 179, it looks like -7 from center.

how about riding this switch?
@SkiEssentialsАй бұрын
Nah, not the best. It's pretty darn stiff and not nearly as turned up as some other skis out there. It's very directional in nature.
@tonyg309123 күн бұрын
2 sheets of metal, some dampening stuff in it, stiffer than the previous model…in other words: WIN-WIN-WIN 😅 These are the ski that Stormriders were when they were young 😂 If there is more brutal 90 something ski on the market I would like to know which one is it
@SkiEssentials23 күн бұрын
Skied them today and they did not disappoint! I do think there's a great option in the Blizzard Anomaly 94 here, and Volkl M7 Mantra at 96, but I do think Enforcer is right there at the top of the brutality scale!
@tonyg309123 күн бұрын
@ The M7 is a top ski no doubt about that, but I am not mad about how noisy they are on hard snow. Still a wonderful ski.
