I was really excited as an early backer but really disappointed with the Gen 1, put it on ebay. This seems to have addressed the main issues though. But I'm reluctant to spend this amount money again if I'm let down again.

I had good results with v1 once I figured out the rod had to be barely tensioned and the lid needed to be pushed well down. V2 has sadly been worse as providing consistent homogeneous small bubble foam using the same oatmilk as used in the v1. I honestly would not recommend this product to a friend.

I had the original Nanofoamer Pro and got great results with the green insert. Unfortunately one day it simply wouldn’t turn on. Replaced it with the v2 and I just can’t get the same results with it another $150 wasted. Finally I got this unit thinking it would be the one and it barely produces and foam at all… Seriously feeling pretty scammed at the moment. Using the same Earths Own barista oat milk as was used on the original Nanofoamer Pro v1.

These design improvements look promising, but what is disappointing is the price of the upgrade kit and lack of discount code for it. Sure, you're discounting the full gen2 unit, but you're asking me for more money than I originally spent to back an improvement of a product that had numerous issues out of the factory. Can I ask, is the impellor spin out issue completely sorted now? Edit: my mistake, the discount also applies to gen 2 upgrade kit so nevermind

There is a substantial automatic discount on the upgrade kit; it will be applied when you reach the checkout page. The adjustment knob on the lid completely eradicates any spinout possibility and gives you additional control.

I ordered Nanoformer Pro and it's being delivered right now^^ Is it an explanation that the water resistance level of the nanopomer goes up and it can be just washed in water??

Does the milk still sticks to the bottom and it's a nightmare to clean, every time?

Looks cool! Is the new micro adjustment dial thingy retrofitable to the gen 1 nanofoamer? If not would it be possible to buy just the top part with the impeller and use it with the gen 1 base?

Yes, we have lid kits available and they can be fitted on the Gen-1

The base and the flow controllers are identical and need to be reused if you get the upgrade kit.

Tried to order it but you have an issue in your checkout page. Doesn’t allow me to add my address it just says “delivery not available” because I’m currently in Egypt. Even though my address is in USA.

Hi, double check your address, you need to change to a 220V version if shipping outside of the US. The 120V (US) model can only be shipped to a US address.

Also, if your store setting has a preset address outside of the US (based on a previous order) and you proceed to checkout, you will get that error message and won't be able to change your address. Remove the item from the cart (maybe add something else) and go to checkout to change your address to a US address. Then start over, and it will let you check it out.
