When I first saw this hack back in 2009, my eyes wided when I saw references to that fan made movie trailer from 2007. Like having Von Kaiser being Mac's new trainer and having Mr. Sandman's son be the ultimate champion.

Mac gets hit with an uppercut at the same time as he lands a "Star Punch". According to the game's programming, an uppercut from Mike Tyson, or Sandman in this case, during the first 90 seconds of the fight will automatically knock Mac down if it hits.

I think that the programmer of this game got Texas Mac from Arm Wrestling confused with Masked Muscle from the SNES game of Super Punch-Out and that the color scheme of Masked Muscle should be like his SNES appearance.
