I will drop here and say that there is some proof that this might have been faked For starters, Casper claimed that his age was public on FurAffinity, but using the WayBack machine says otherwise, showing that his age was not on his profile and he was taking NSFW commissions. He was also apparently talking to Sean on an adult website and lied about/did not reveal his age. Yes, Sean should have double checked the age, but there is no substantial proof that the intent was grooming.

Basically someone claiming to have been under age was lying about their age and saying that they were an adult on the internet when this occurred (despite not being an adult) as was engaging on adult websites and taking commissions for nsfw art started talking with Sean and at the time the site made you verify your age so to Sean it looked like he was talking to another adult and now every couple of months to years whenever he gets popular people accuse him of being a groomer despite him having no way of knowing at the time that he had been talking to a minor and he apologized for making them uncomfortable but he didn’t know they were under aged because they were lying about their age to him and engaging as an adult on that site so now people bring up these allegations every time he’s on a new project despite him having to prove them to be false every time to a whole new group of people which is unfortunate So he did talk to a minor inappropriately but the thing is the minor was lying about their age, engaging on an adult site, taking nsfw commissions, had a fake age listed on the site, and put in fake age information to get past the sites blockers for minors, and they didn’t tell him their real age until after they fell out so he had no way of knowing their real age until after they fell out and the minor fessed up That’s the gist but all of this is here say and even if it is real doesn’t paint sean as a groomer and is likely embellished or possibly some of if not all the screenshots are faked because there is no way for anyone to confirm them and the people who always show them have no other information to back them up other than “trust me bro I know a friend of a friend of a friend who doesn’t exist online anymore who swears it’s true”

FA is a 13+ website, you have to check a little box stating you are above 18 to see adult content, not to join. “Deflect blame on to PK” was stated specifically not in defence of PK (who is deplorable) but because Sean claimed that the conversation was between him and PK. It was not. It was between him and me, when I was 14. I am no fan of PK by any stretch but I also do not appreciate Sean pointing the finger at PK for his own wrongdoing.

The Casper person has the same writing style as Rina and it's been comlnstantly posted almost every year. It's now just a harrassment campaign and Sean Chiplocks response wasn't great but is not admiting to anything he's showing empathy in a tweet which is not long enough to share his full context. Also in court these screenshot would be held as tampered being cut up. You need the full raw screens to get any legal help in these situations. These are considered doctored shots. Tampered evidence is thrown out and the screens is not showing the full context it's projecting only what the accuser wants you to see. Thus you don't see if Sean was enabled to act out or to see if the minor in question lied about their age. If they can show as Sean also states the full unedited versions to this conversation then there can be some sort of action taken. But they refuse and are now digging and quote retweeting old edgy jokes on his profile with others to frame him as a nasty person. This is entrapment. It's illegal. Casper and Rina need to stop it and go through the process and not use this to get attention. It's not for capers well bring if the issues were never taken to police. It's a smear campaign and people doing tjis need to start getting IP banned and arrested for entrapment crimes. Sean chiplock needs also now ask if the person talking to him is a minor or to refrain from being an edge lord online to prevent more allegations. His humor is my generation humor. It's edgy dumb crap where we just make bad takes and laugh at it. It's harmless and people are acting like hes a demon. i'm gonna be honest here: the whole "moaning audio clip" thing has me skeptical because i've seen that kind of thing before when Dream was facing accusations, and everything that could be disproved, he did disprove. i'm not saying that this is gonna be the same thing, but it does give me doubts. plus as of right now, there's not enough evidence to say for certain that these claims are real and until hard evidence does surface, i cannot yet take the side of the alleged victim. in the case that these claims are real, then they have my sympathy and i hope they can provide said evidence

The one suspicious thing about all of this is that, while the age of the victim is constantly being brought up, how old Sean was when it happened hasn't been mentioned a single time. That detail is an extremely important piece of context that could change the entire narrative being painted here. If he was a full-fledged adult when it happened, then yes he was a creep and needs to apologize. But if he was a minor himself when it happened, that's just teenagers being weird and not thinking of the consequences their actions on the internet could have later down the line. He'd still be at fault for doing something inappropriate like that completely unprompted, but there's a major difference between a teenager doing it and an adult doing it.
