​@@marialuisabuitrago597 Red cabbage is the best 👌 and to juice it add pears 🍐 fruit if you like sugar things but if you don't like sugar then don't add pears but you can try. Then blend together with mint leaves and then add 1 fresh lemon 🍋 juice and 🥕 carrots, for best results to feel the results let the blend mixer stay on the counter tops for 2 days to ferment and then sieve and keep in the fridge. I drink twice a day.
