Unfortunately there are a ton of people addicted to their phones, not just kids. Though in the case of the kids it's not like the phone itself is bad or that just taking it away will solve the problem, it's really just adults not trying to figure out why the kid is addicted and helping the kid figure out a way to deal with that instead. With that said it's not as bad as the fact that there's high schoolers addicted to Jules. Anything can be an addiction regardless of whether it has addictive properties or not, and even some things that do have addictive properties are considered legal (such as sugar and caffeine); no one is immune to addiction and no one should be shamed before they are helped.

Gumball's just unlucky honestly so ofc Darwin would have him calling him. Also I just realized Gumball made a reference to The Human Centipede when he said get his face surgically grafted to his butt, I don't like that was a reference to that horror movie.
