What's the watermark for? You would have zero chance of successfully suing someone for uploading stuff that you didn't create.

It isn't about sueing or claiming ownership of anything. It's a lot of work transferring and encoding. I do it for the benefit of my channel. If they end up elsewhere then people will see where they came from and can visit the channel to see more. Hope that explains.
