He was always amongst the best defenders, but he was a Raptor, so they would never acknowledge him. This is the norm. Ignore all Raptors until they are no longer Raptors.

Fans look at standings. The NBA and their cheating referees are partly responsible for the Raptors poor record. That game in Denver was badly "homer for Denver" as last years Raptors at Lakers game. I've been down on the Raptors for few years, but gotta say I like the new players and the effort this year. Be nice to have three starters back....Quickley, Barnes and Kelly at some time.

Raptors are not good. They lack defence. The reason Raptors won 2019 not only was having good stars but we had a good backcourt with Gasol and Ibaka. We haven't had even a decent Center since those guys left.

@henryludvor6275 It was sweet how they beat down on Golden State. Raptors showed who the better team was. Better team play and tougher team and in better shape. I guess the Warriors being in San Fran a sh*t hole of a city what do you expect? Also fans forget the Raptors beat a very strong Bucks team and a great 76er team to make it to the finals. Also the Raptors swept the Warriors in the regular season so they showed who the better team was. How sweet it was!!
