"Every posture has it's process"... "The form following the function. Not the function following the form." ... "(The posture) cleans it self up. That's the thing. If we're always trying to fix it, we go on the assumption that something is wrong. There is nothing wrong, everything is fine." One of the most beautifull things I've ever heard in Yoga. Thank you.

What intrigues me is that these postures were developed thousands of years ago and we are we are still trying to figure them out.
