If you’re driving heavy machinery or doing long haul trucking it’s maybe not a great idea to be loading up on acid, shrooms and Kratom. So yes, you can pass a DOT drug screen (for now) but should an accident occur LSD is screened for as well as psilocybin. Kratom is hovering at the perimeter and will likely be added to testing at some point. And regardless of what other people do or passing tests, maybe don’t drive a deadly weapon under the influence of anything? You probably won’t get hurt, the bigger vehicles protect the driver but you could absolutely kill people and is it really worth it? Really?

I won't say 100 percent but smoking during breastfeeding isn't necessarily dangerous to the baby and it is recommended ti breastfeed even if you smoke BUT it can affect the breastmilk and make the baby more cranky, have an upset stomach or trouble sleeping
