Based on my memory(I went blind about a decade ago), Bonsai Bills looked more gleeful than angry... Granted, with teeth like that, even a gleeful grin is menacing.

I wouldn't say Banzai Bills look gleeful, they look more "crazed angry". Angry eyes with red accents and menacing fangs turned up in a sadistic grin gives off an angered craze vibe
