Hey guys welcome to a very weird but very fun video where Im going to go over ever block that could be considered rare in each and every entry in the Super Mario Bros franchise.

The actual rarest block in super mario bros wonder gotta be the blue POW block, it's only 1 in the entire game, and only in the 3rd 10-coin room in Condarts away.

To this day I have never understood what the bouncing boxes in SM64 are for. They only give a few coins, you can't decide when it starts jumping, you can barely control yourself in the air. They just use up storage space

The light blocks or rather the lights that get activated by them in Wonder have also a nice little easter egg; if you wear the badge that makes you invisible and step into the light, you can actually see your character

14:57 This P-Wing can actually be used without tarnishing your stars, however you CANNOT obtain it by dying in the stage, as dying enough times to make either of these blocks appear will automatically dull the stars permanently. You also cannot obtain it from the boxes at all, period, if you have already cleared every single stage in the regular worlds, as clearing a stage makes the boxes disappear and these boxes do not show up at all in the Special Worlds. (Note again that this will *_NOT_* fix your save file stars if the boxes have showed up already at any point in your playthrough.) Instead, there is a rare chance in World 1 or Special World 7, in the mystery box stage, to get a Gold Mystery Box with two star medals, 15 raccoon leaves, and 1 P-Wing. This is the only way to obtain P-Wings without tarnishing your save file stars.

In Super Mario World there is one type of block you missed. The Yoshi Wings block, there are only 3 of them in the whole game at Chesse Bridge Area, Valley of Bowser 2 and Way Cool. When hit they spawn a pair of Yoshi Wings that send you to a coin heaven and turn any Yoshi into a Blue Yoshi.

I missed that one, the roulette block though it is a little bit more common than Yoshi wings there’s one on Donut Plains 4, one on Vanilla Dome 2, one on Cookie Mountain, one on Forest of Illusion 1, one on Forest of Illusion 4, one on Chocolate Island 5, one on Groovy for a total of 7 roulette blocks.

Megamushrooms can be stored without using a glitch, because they could be obtained in Toad Houses. I know because it's an easy esy to defeat Bowser in the final boss battle, I did it as a kid

In Mario Sunshine the rarest block should be the Save Data C block because there’s only one in the game

11:27 These glow blocks also appear in the secret exit path in the cave level in World 6, the level with the boat with the floodlights you tilt with the wii remote. I forget which level number this is. It is just after the level with the porcupuffer.

10:51 This is not true. It has never been true, and has yet to be true in any Mario game. Just seeing the block is enough to permanently get rid of the sparkles. To get the sparkles back, you have to delete your save file and start anew.

It feels like you missed a few or didn't understand what "blocks" was meant as. Odyssey Had way more stuff... the 3 permanent Cloud blocks in the sky battle with bowser come to mind.

1:05 is incorrect, the hidden blocks are either a 1-up or a single coin. You don't have to hit those coins to hit the vine block.

Why is EVERYONE using a footage from the colored mod of the Super Mario Land 2? Game is black and white, just like the first Super Mario Land game. Also Luigi. Luigi Isn't in Super Mario Land 2. That seems like intentional misleading. Edit 1: Some Super Mario Sunshine and Galaxy footage is also from the mod. Icons doesn't look like that in the sandbird footage. Edit 2: There are multiple mega mushroom houses (looks like mega mushroom), where you can get stored mega mushrooms.

@@Aktedya1-jt7vw It's misleading, and there is nothing wrong about black white footage. He also uses some kind of shader/filter + he stretches small image to the entire screen and frankly, it looks terrible. Only amateurs use stretched footage.

@@DuckJohnn bro it's the same game. this video isn't even "factual" or education lmao. it's a fun video that he even says (i think somewhere in the comments) is because it's not covered by the mario wiki, which means it can't be fully backed up. some of the video isn't factual, but it doesn't make it "misleading," it's just not wholly accurate. it's a fun video. it's not "appropriate" is a ridiculous way to word it because it's his video. get over yourself. it looks nicer than the original and that's all there is to it.

there are blocks in new super mario bros wii in world 7-4 that will activate platforms that you can control depending of the player that hits the block (also the block only appears in 7-4 only)
