"Only Available in Walmart" "Only Available in Japan" I'm starting to see a pattern here...Nintendo c'mon

They make certain products exclusive for no good reason.

I've always knew there were changes between the three releases in Japan, but I never knew any of the specifics. Really interesting video! I'm glad I finally know this stuff!

3:40 Animal Crossing for Nintendo 64 has no expansion pak support, so no frame rate or screen resolution upgrades. As I tested it with a CRT and expansion pak on original hardware, the scanlines are locked as oppose to being interlaced every field of animation.

oooh i always wanted more videos comparing the N64 versions to the gc one!! thank u jack!!!!! :D and yes i am really upset that it's such a scrambled game but honestly it's also a little exciting because even tho they're not easily accessible, we have stuff to be like "!!! :O" about and that's nice :D now the only thing frustrating me is that i can't find a good source of all the villager texture differences

Well one could say AC is basically nintendos way of releasing the same game with improvements.

So what you're saying is that AC is Nintendo's Fifa?

Despite Animal Crossing's N64-like graphics, I find them to be charming. But, you know, Nintendo could've enhanced it a lot more. Higher resolution texture and sprites (Like the fruit), higher-poly models and more villagers

Know any site that lists all N64 exclusive items/clothes? Would be nice to make designs out of them to basically have them back in the games :)
@Jakstalgia4 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a complete list of all of the exclusive/redesigned stuff in the N64 version. I do agree though, it would be super cool to see someone add them back through Able Sisters designs. :)
