The ANNEXA-A and ANNEXA-R Trials

Factor Xa inhibitors, used to prevent and treat thromboembolism, can cause bleeding. Andexanet was designed to reverse the anticoagulant effects of these inhibitors. Is andexanet efficacious? New research findings are summarized in this short video.
