Update: So KZbin has demonetized and suppressed this video due to controversial takes. Dr. Don has helped professional athletes, executives, and entrepreneurs improve their anxiety, stress, and depression, all without the use of pharmaceuticals and I spent almost 5 hours with him to deep dive into his reasoning and process… but KZbin doesn’t want you to see this video. I hope the information here helps you and if it did, please share and spread the word. I appreciate you! Sending lots of love ❤

Important topic! I struggled with social anxiety and inability to be in the present moment, until I realized it happens because of tightness developed in the muscles of the VOICE, from suppressing my emotional expression (AKA body armoring) Many struggle with it and don't even know it! This Results in inconfident vocal expression and it held me back in my CAREER and personal RELATIONSHIPS. Once I did specific vocal exercises, along with emotional processing, my voice opened up, and my social confidence radically improved. I teach this to people now, and the results are always life-changing!

My anxiety started in highschool I think. I remember we had to memorize part of a Shakespeare poem and it went up and down the rows. I had memorized it but when my turn happened I started to feel my heart go up and felt dizzy and forgot most of what I memorized. It was so embarrassing for me and everyone who listened to my voice shaking. I still struggle with this when I am called out or put on the spot. I have never learned why this happens
@EvanCarmichael5 ай бұрын
Hey, I totally understand how that feels. It can be really tough when anxiety hits out of nowhere. Just remember, you’re not alone and it’s okay to feel this way. Sometimes, it helps to practice deep breathing or mindfulness techniques. And don’t forget, each time you face it, you’re getting stronger. You’ve got this! 💪💛 #Believe - Feb (from Evan's team)

I need him too. I’ve been really bad for about 4 years now. It sucks when it feels like theirs no escape. Regarding the meaning of sympathetic nervous system, from the word itself sympathetic, it sympathizes, it tries to give effort to respond to things that has to be done and in this case the word "it" pertains to the nervous system which is trying to cope with the stimulants that is being experienced. Whereas, in parasympathetic u just add a prefix, that means the opposite which specifically means not to respond at all or stay as it is... I hope u got my messagw clear.
