You can find after effects tutorials...look for AR effects or 3d tracking. A guy called ARvisual has one from his yacht week video. It seems Benni also has the camera on wheels or something to move around him.

I would say that's pretty cheap for the amount of work, Im guessing the real cost is the kitchen and the big spender the bathroom (just speculating). Flooring and painting is so easy you can do it yourself without experience, the kitchen and bathroom is more tricky (never done them)
