You don’t actually have to wait for Echo to get there for Vantage. You just need to hold the ability button without having Echo pre-placed and it’s a more vertical Revenant jump.

True but it’s still a long windup, like either make it so it’s no wind up or shorter windup when you hold, or holding is placement and tapping is activating (assuming there is no windup). I think a buff like that would be good with her having a huge hitbox and the fact that it is sometimes very easy to shoot her out of her tactical.

Rev is tall yes, but not built like Gibby or Newcastle and still has sustain unlike Vantage.

For vantage, yes she does have to wait, and so does revenant. Vantage also has what revenant doesn’t, vertical air movement. You can also just recall echo instead of moving it around

Wattson's fences aren't as straightforward as they seem. The vast majority will fence doors, hallways, etc. But that's not their only purpose; don't forget that you can place nodes, which are hard to detect, and fence hostiles in point-blank range, giving them stun that means at least a +50% chance to win a contest. Also, about crypto, he can rez teammates using his drone (beacons) and scan banners (on the wall) to get info about nearby squads (Essential for ranked). And regarding Vantage, if you hold your tactical while echo is holstered, you'll perform a jump instantaneously.

If you hold vantages tactical it deploys instantly. It has the second highest Verticality and you can recall echo instantly after the jump so you dont wait for it

I know it’s just your opinion but Octane in C tier and even Wraith and Pathfinder in A tier is wild. It’s also a lot easier to shoot Horizon in her tactical after her nerf but it is very versatile.

Octane tactical should be really good, but he’s right you lose too much health. I think you should only lose like 5% health max per stim. Maybe you should not even lose health at all, but the stim then has a 5-8 second cooldown between stims with no health damage

rev has more spontaneous movement, and in fights waiting for echo to fly out can be the difference of life and death, if you dont use double jump you gt pulled down, and if you do you lose momentum. not a bad ability just flawed

Something small I think loba has though is that she can tp through windows, and an even smaller thing is it’s harder to fall off the edge on Olympus (it happens) Or if you fall off it’s easier to get back up with her because of how fast she is at moving a short distance

True, one of the only, if not, the only tactical that can get you through tight spaces even if it’s selfishly, the only other legend who can do that is Ash, but that’s her ult and her team can obviously go too.

I love loba even back when her bracelet wouldn't go through windows. However, it really isn't good. There is a massive audio cue that everyone hears. It's visible so you know where she went. Finally it's just so stupid that you have to stop and wait for that things because it's slow; if you took a baseball and threw it I promise you that that ball is going twice the speed of that bracelet. Now that that the window issue is fixed, I do like it for surprise attacks as if you coordinate with teammates to enter that room right after you blink in as the entire team will turn their focus on you.

I think you made a mistake with saying revenant’s tact is better than vantage’s when vantage’s not only goes farther, you get a double jump, and you have better vertically. Also her tact activated almost instantly. You just were not recalling echo and that’s why echo had to run to your new ping point

A FACT FOR VANTAGE: if you have your little buddy echo stored (not flying around somewhere) you can just hold down the tactical button, he immediately flies to the location and the windup of the jump takes place simultaneously with echo flying to the promised location (like the moment echo starts to fly she charges her tactical so you dont have to wait for echo) and i think it is better than revenant, just because she has an effective cooldown of 15 seconds, goes roughly the same length as a full revenant jumo and she can automatically redirect at the end (and what I want to say is: ALWAYS have echo in your pocket and not flying around, since there is no reason to let him fly around at all)

Loba's tactical is actually better than wraith. Wraith doesn't have any verticality and she can be easily chased. Loba if thrown right, will guarantee a reset.

Pathy was SEVERLY underrated (it was top of A tier too lol). Its eveything you need in one. Vertical and horizontal movement, its really fast and hard to track, sends you stupid far, and the cooldown can be manipulated by not sliding. I may have even put it above Horizon (however horizon has team mobility and a free battery so prob bottom S+ for pathy

I think I agree with most of these rankings whether I’d like to admit it or not, Caustic tac being ok makes sense, haven’t seen him enough to really know (good thing imo). I wish Wattson tac was better, but it can be too user friendly sometimes, making skill gaps far sometimes. Seer belongs below, but maybe bring something so he is at least playable. Vantage could probably get away with some good tactical buff or reworks and still not be super meta (something like taking away or reducing the windup, or making it so you hold to change Echo’s location and tap to immediately go to Echo). Loba tac should be a bit higher in my opinion as it is the only tactical to my knowledge that actually can get you through windows even if it’s selfishly (it’s also only one of two abilities that can do that I think). I also will only be throwing small Nessies at Macro because I only have the emote one not the big heirloom one 😭.

As a pred vantage main. Vantage’s movement is extremely convenient as long as you don’t forget to call echo back. But the windup doesn’t take that long. I can’t remember a time the windup took too long. Only way you could fuck it up is because of personal error

As a loba main, the biggest problem with her kit besides her non-existent passive is the tactical. Like you said it doesn't have much range, stops your movement, and doesn't let her shoot, but my biggest issue that I think would make a more viable pick if it got changed is that if you get knocked the ring stops existing, it should teleport you while down if you used it and got knocked.

You can hold the tac button while using echo, and no good advantage player ever has echo out it literally goes further than a revenant tac and also as far as a octane jumpad

Wraith Tactical does provides you mobility in terms of verticality! You can climb slightly higher when using it! Have you fought a good Octane using his stims properly and strafing while stiming in close range? It's broken! (sure 95% of Octanes are bots, but the rest are demons!) Horizon's tactical need a nerf and she also needs a better audio like Octane who now does when he is airborn. For Vantage, yes, you have to wait but the only thing that is holding her back is her hitbox (fridge size like Pathfinder) ( her tactical is made so you can use her ultimate sniper ability better. From high ground and that ability is the most strongest third party tool there is. You have to wait too on Revenant if you want to go far (charge time). Three clones would be too strong for mirage! Maybe two (they have to do tests). Shooting clones gives enemies positions and draws their attention away very shortly. In normal lobbies I will do great with Mirage but in skilled ones no). If you would keep your momentum after using Lobba bracelet it would be broken, you could just outflank enemies instantly and shoot at them while being invulnerable going from A to B (Pathfinder you can shoot in the air! Lobba you can't! And if you have half a brain you throw it and go to cover while it travels). Wattson would be broken aswell if you could spam her fences, remember they already set up very quickly (even faster with her gen nearby) (again it depends on the player using the ability, you can pretrap doors and get easy kills in normal lobbies, in skilled ones not so much. They will look out for fences near doors)! Next time when you do a video you should say if it's for average players or diamond + ones because abilities don't have the same rating depending on the skill of the person using them. For Real? Rampart tactical A tier???? Are you out of your mind? I have 8k kills on rampart and top 3% best Rampart in the game. It is not A tier maybe B or C. It takes time to set up, you have to play static behind it and enemies can just nade you or flank you. Enemies can use it against you if you are not careful! It requires a lot of thinking to place and unplace. (Good thing is you can superglide of Rampart walls though). Catalyst tactical is better than Caustic barrels that have been nerfed to the ground. It has way more health than Caustic barrels (300 compared to the 150 of barrels) and needs a direct line of sight on the core to be destrayed. You can place them in way that make them much harder for enemies to destroy. Also they do 15 damage a sec where Caustic barrels do 5 to start with! ( litterally 3 times more!) Also I know you are rating abilities and not legends but abilities are used by legends who produce them, and Caustic hitbox is so big and easy to shoot at! Defending your Ferro fluid is easier to do when you don't have a hitbox of an elephant! Sure You have 15% more health but I prefer Having a Wattson tooth pick hitbox than a Caustic one with 15% more HP where my enemy can just close his eyes, hipfire and hit all his shots. And again, in average lobbies it does not make much difference but in skilled ones it does a huge one!

No more tips for you today A cool buff for crypto would be for his drone to be 360°, at least when not controlling it so you don't have to micromanage it, and you can be crypto and not crypto's drone. As an Ash main, Arc Snare is way worse than it seems. It looks better in the firing range because it stuns the dummies but in actual gameplay it doesn’t apply any movement penalty whatsoever. When hit by an arc snare you get a 9 meter diameter to move around it which can be tugged even further to about 11 meters. The average strafe is less than 4 meters. You’re only tethered for ~3 seconds which is too short of a period to tether someone, then throw a grenade. Along with this the radius you can move is so large you can just round a corner and not take damage from the grenade in 80% of scenarios. If you’re within 7 meters of an Ash you cannot be Arc Snared because you’re within the range where Arc Snare won’t activate fast enough and it’ll just go through you. Along with the fact that it can be deflected off of teammates and that you have to put your gun away when throwing it truly makes it F tier. Scrap the whole tactical.

I know Mirage's tactical isn't all that great but you can send the decoy really far, it almost acts as a scout lol. I've been playing Mirage lately and people fall for it ALL the time. If they shoot at it, they reveal their position which can be pretty useful. One of the most satisfying things in this game is a perfect bamboozle kill, and being the one who was bamboozled is incredibly humiliating. Sure, it's not that useful in general but I think it adds a layer of silliness to a game that many people take way too seriously.

Hear me out for Octane,have increasing damage for subsequent stims,the first in a while,no damage,the second with out waiting does 5,then 5,then 10,so on,unless you wait say,10 seconds between stims

This a mockery, I am starting an uprising against Revenant. Vantage's tactical is better than Rev. It deploys faster and has better vertical movement as well as still going almost the same horizontal distance. Like to let Marco see this.

Nah Crypto should be S tier if not S+ imo. He can scan, safely rez, safely use recon beacons and see how many teams are nearby all with just ONE tactical. That's kinda busted.

I kind of disagree with Ash's. Its east af to land the snare because of how massive the hit box is, you can just throw it over cover and it hits people, and ive gotten a squad wipe by trapping all 3 people on the enemy team inside of a round 4 ring. 😂 The tactical would honestly be pretty strong with some tweaks, give her 2 of them and increase how quickly they come out and it might be a fairly strong tactical

Cool list, but the darks in your game are really dark. My screen used to be like that and would get killed by people i couldn't see in the dark

I would say that horizons tac could be S+ tier, but if it is, then there are a lot more S+ tier abilities
