I think a decent buff for lifelines ult would be that if your teammates are dead you don’t have to craft banners just call your ult and it’ll have the banners in the package

I like this. With the intro of Conduit to the game, Lifeline just isn't the "combat medic" she used to be. Every one of her abilities can be seen in someone else's kit, but better. Now that banners are craftable and thirst-kills are common, I'm finding more teams are willing to abandon a single knocked teammate in hopes of respawning them over fighting for their banner. And hitting a replicator AND a respawn beacon is a little too punishing, sometimes not possible. Giving Lifeline a better chance at bringing your teammates back really speaks to her kit, and makes her a unique and desirable legend again.

Wattson ult D tier is a pretty bad take imo but it's your tier list. Conduit tactical isn't the same, it's temp shields and only up to blue shields for 2 people and it has lots of periods where it's in the hold mode and can't recharge. The amount of shields you can recover in with conduit's tactical in one cooldown vs 3 ppl near wattson ult isn't even in the same ballpark and they have different use cases anyway.

Fr I also don't get the point of because apex is a battle Royale that means you're always on the move. I would say it's a healthy mix of finding and staying in position mixed with movement, especially in end game scenarios. Any good wattson players knows how to turn a semi-open space into an impenetrable fortress

I actually think her passive needs work, too. When you're experienced enough, you don't need it & ths data knife part is just a gimmick, really. First, I think the passive should let you ping surviving attackers by pinging deathboxes on your map and uses up the scan charge. Having to run a POI just to do this isn't worth it, but if you want to and you use your data knife, you should briefly get a map room type scan on that squad. Makes the fact that the game notices them make sense, never work against and give ash an ability that might make you pick her over a recon legend for rank or competitive.

Honestly putting wattson gen in d tier but fuse and lifeline ults in c tier is genuinely an insane take. wattson gen is genuinely one of the best abilities for ranked it allows you to hold a building or high ground significantly easier, especially if the wattson has braincells and hides the gen.

With the new legend being able to shoot a beam and heal teammates shields I think it would be a great rework for lifeline to do the same with her drone

Their abilities are different because Conduits recharges only your shield and Lifline’s heals only your hp. To give that ability to the drone would mean it’s the same tactical essentially and not to mention healing both shield and hp with the drone would be super busted. Btw, you just described exactly what lifeline already does. She’s the only legend in the game that can heal/revive you whilst being able to shoot the enemy team. Every other legend is immobile (except Newcastle) and can’t shoot their guns when reviving downed teammates.

Mango really put Bloodhound's Ult in B-Tier but the only criticism he had was that you can't scan as much during it. it's still a very strong Ult and if anything should be A tier. The white ravens make it so that you can Ult more in games which is so much more better plus the already established pros of it too Edit: you called Wraith's portal a "skill gap ability: the better you get with it, the more outplayability you can find attached to it" bro you do realize that there are a lot of abilities that fit that description?

Ranking Wattson as a legend so low, then her ult so low is just crazy to me. Maybe it's just not his playstyle which is fair, but Wattson has one of the highest win rates for any legend. She's extremely good in ranked, and is used a decent amount in comp. He doesn't have to like her, but there is no denying that she's an A tier legend with a very good defensive ult.

Mangos:wattson gen D tier not good cuz situational reliance Also Mangos:wraith port A tier cuz pretty good in specific situations 😆 these two are the biggest misses for me for sure. To each their own anyways it's not like for everyone out there this applies to them some people will be better with mirage ult than you are with horizon ult and can do more with it in a fight, it's all subjective about how well the individual is at using the legend of choice. Is there a point of overlap where even the best player in the world on watt compared to the best in the world on cat can maximize the ult making it objectively better? Sure but probably for only the top 0.001% of players for most people it's gonna be about how good you are with the legend your using's abilities. Have fun out there legends and take everything with a grain of salt.

The thing that’s good with Watson’s ultimate is if your cornered and your shield is cracked and you can get behind cover you can heal your shield fairly fast and still shoot so you don’t get pushed which in the right situations could be the difference between losing and winning

The problem that people run into with the ash portal is the use it offensively to push it should be used to move teammates into a revivable area or get yourself the Frick out of danger there have been several times when I’ve been rounding a bind and gotten jumped in that portal saved my life

I dunno if this changes the calculations, but you have a few misconceptions about Newcastle’s Ultimate. When I play, I do sometimes use it to provide cover, typically in endgame when everyone is pushed into the open, but more often it can and should be used in a similar way to a Loba Bracelet or a Rev jump. It’s an ability that allows you to take height and shoot down on enemies or as a get out of jail free card so you can fall back and reset or try to draw your enemy into the open while you have cover. In my experience, downed teammates tend to be near enemies and leaping into an enemy squad tends to get me killed. It seems very counter intuitive, and it took me a while to get used to using it more selfishly, but the successes I have had by using Newcastle’s Ult to be aggressive or to save myself in a bad spot vastly outnumber the times I’ve successfully used his ult to save a downed ally.

I think the problem with ash is she’s not quite an assault legend, she’s more a triple combo. Her tactical is similar to an assault, 20 damage and restricts the enemy. Her passive is basically recon, as it reveals teams that have killed each other and doesn’t really have a purpose in the midst of gun fights like the other assaults, say ballistics 3rd gun or Bangalores movement buff. And her ultimate is a 1 way version of wraith, which I honestly prefer as it means you can flee to somewhere and know that if you’re chased, then the enemy is stuck trying to fight you. I also use her as a way to remove downed teammates from a fight by tearing to a building or cover. I think she needs another passive and a shift to skirmisher or recon, or buff her tactical to two charges that puts her in a similar spot to fuse and Bangalore, and pre reborn revenant.

I main fuze as a casual. In my experience your point is my BIGGEST grip. If someone touches the flames it should do full damage no matter what. With all the movement legends and such I think this change wouldn't shake up things too much but it would make fuses ult feel better. The flames need to not slow teammates too. It would be a good B or A Tier ult.

Dont think I agree with the Crypto comments. His friendly fire can benefit you greatly by further juicing up your Evo Shield. Ive gotten to red shields almost every game with him and thats usually by round 3 with 1 or 2 ults hitting. A lot of enemies also dont expect you to intentionally take the hit with them, leaving them off guard and stunned, with you right next to them. On a push they also focus fire on the drone as the EMP hits so they arent looking at anyone on your team. One other thing is I think Revs ULT got a nerf this season where his timer doesnt reset on knock but kill I think. Not sure if I read that one right though.

I think maggies ult should be higher. It can be buggy, but its an ability that can be used strategically, if used right. It moves in the direction that your looking/ running towards. So you can lightly control its path and have it turn directions. Wich is really good at bouncing it off walls into enemies. Or can be used as a tool for escape and defending your ground. Run with it towards a wall, while enemies are chasing and turn around when it hits the wall and aim at the enemie, itll hit them, or go towards them catching them off guard and creating and opening. Shes my main so it does take practice, but i think its one of the most useful ults.

Hey to anyone reading this, I'm a lifeline main and i wanted to add a couple things and why I think she deserves at least B rank! Her ult is useful early game ult but does lose value mid to end game. However in the end game circle if there are multiple teams alive, her ult can be placed to potentially break LOS, so you could target a certain team without being punished by another squad. Also if you just finished fighting and a squad immediately pushes you do have that extra body shield just in case. This is all mainly ranked games as in pubs there aren't normally as many teams alive 80% of the time. That's all I wanted to add, thank you for reading all this if you did! have a good one yall!

@@TommyVProjects you definitely have a lot of points there. I’m new to apex kinda and decided to give a few tips that I’ve learned. Many characters are better yes but lifelines care package could be a good use if cover if you don’t have certain characters on your team. Idk just a few point I decided to tell people, mostly situational and rare situations to happen but again I’m new and decided to give people tips as lifeline is a very low pick rate characters and I have experience with her from previous accounts.

On top of that ash's ult is too slow. After swinging the sword theres a 1 second delay before and after she phases, which can easily get you killed and when I saw Newcastle get a recent buff that lets him shoot right after leaping I was confused why ash didnt see the same thing. With these stupid delays, you alsk got so many queues that make the ult so predictable & easy to counter. 80 meters at least on the ult is a must & I would very appreciate it, if they removed the delays on port & let you turn camera while in the void. But if they want to keep the delays they have to at least make travel through port instantaneous.

They are afraid to buff Ashes portal because they only no how to buff range by doubling it (Wraith, Pathy). Fine tuning is too complicated. I think a 15 increase. Would make a significant enough difference without making it overpowered. Might stop random ashes from using it to catch up like an octane stim

Pathfinder's Ult being A Tier is a bit wild considering the Ults on lower teirs. It's literally just a zipline, in fights there are many Ults that are better.

I don't know I kind of look at the laser as a good and bad thing, on one hand you're applying pressure whether you have ammo or not as long as your scoped. You technically don't even need to really shoot to scare people out of peeking you but at the same time you give away your position so I would put it in B tier but that's just me

I kinda disagree with the Wattson ult on D-tier. Wattson ult is mainly used for destroying projectiles rather than the shield regen and shield regen is good if you're holding down an area and just want to poke other teams so you have good shield-eco. In addition her ult is very good at denying other legends' abilities & ults, such as fuse ult and tac, bang ult (maybe tac, haven't tried), and a lot more. Yes, sometimes it needs to be used pre-emptively, however most of the time it has good uses, aka. it should be above D- or at least C- tier imo.

What should i do if my aim is not improving? I know ive asked like a million questions about aiming but nothings working bro. Controller is apparently so op that anyone can pick it up & be aim god instantly yet i have 10+ yrs on a controller & 90% of the fights i lose are because of bad aim

The only thing i disagree with is that loba ult is in B tier. With not a lot of skill ceiling her ult can be A tier anyday. I have 3k plus kills on loba. Ive moved on to vantage now but even just throwing her ult in fights if you know how to works wonders. You gotta know how to.

I think this list is a bad take. Various lengends with good decent ultimates in D and C and then you have, what i this is the worst ult in game, mirages ultimate. It cluters alot of the enemy screen, right, but it alto cluters mine with the long blue line behind the decoys haha.

Lifeline is balanced to Loba since Loba barely has a passive while lifeline has one of the best
